It was high-class, brand-new and with a balcony.

Premier king room I stayed at was tastefully decorated with balloons. The pool was lovely and I had refreshing drinks in the roof top bar. Had opportunity to use wake up service at no cost. The hotel was set in a central area adjacent to the riverside, a bridge in the venue's very attractive Atrium and a fountain of information about Singapore.

Best possible and quiet location in an elegantly decorated restaurant with views of the bay. Good food for breakfast in the courtyard.

We had a great room on the 4.4 floor. Extra class service with pick up from the airport (at the gate) to the limousine to the hotel. Super big long pool, great breakfast.
all great

Very large and varied breakfast with fresh and very extensive offers. A fantastic Roof Top Bar with very nice view and great atmosphere. Very friendly, helpful and competent staff.
The furnishings of the postmaster's room are not in proportion to the price and were rather disappointing, a slightly musty smell and a somewhat inviting ambience. Especially compared to other room offers in the hotel.

Very central location, courteous staff and flexible possibilities to shower and store luggage on arrival and departure. Infinity Pool with beautiful views of the nightlife.

fantastic walkable access to marina bay sands and parks
I recently stayed for three nights and was blown away by how close I was to iconic spots like the Marina Bay Sands, just a lovely 25-minute stroll along the bay, and the serene Merlion Park which was only steps away, making my daily walks a highlight of the trip.

Service Location Comfort
I do not like the practice of putting all the charges on your credit card plus an allowance for potential charges in advance. This charge is supposed to be reversed on checkout and the actual room costs etc then made. The issues are: This practice is not explained at check in and if it is disclosed it is buried somewhere in the fine print, and the prosional charge is not reversed for days thus taking up the credit limits and potentially incurring interest charges. This practice must be corrected !!

Do recommend for a brief pause
Really good room, really good service, the breakfast buffet featured super delicious laksa and helpful staff at the egg station, and the location is conveniently just a 5-minute walk from Raffles Place.
Was very good

Imposing British Raj architecture of the late 1920's (used to be the chief post office HQ). Usual facilities expected of 5 star hotel including excellent gym facilities. Check web site for special rates - they have good specials from time to time.
Overpriced food and beverages. eg two large gin & tonics in Post Bar S$94 incl tax and service charge and buffet breakfast $53 pp. So don't eat or drink in unless you can afford it!

Very nice and luxurious hotel. The front office staffs were all very helpful and always putting on a smile even though they were busy attending to guests. The hotel room and toilets were spotless.I was fortunate to be given on the 8th floor, the lighthouse.Although I could only see partial part of the boat quay but overall it was a beautiful view around.
There was nobody helping me with my luggage when I came out from the taxi and all the way to the front office. The bed was a bit too high for me.We often hit our foot at the legs of the writing table.

Really good and extremely competent staff, had great stay!!!
The hotel had a very central setting by the bay or the botanical gardens. In Odette you could have Vegetarian meals. I stayed in the room that was kept clean and available with a balcony overlooking boat quay😀
